Jane A. Williams
Ms. Williams graduated from CSU Fullerton with a B.A. in English, a minor in History, and a teaching credential. After a short stint as a classroom teacher Jane Williams moved to Alaska where she worked for the Alaska legislature and also as a project director for a rural educational outreach study, which required her to travel throughout bush Alaska. She currently lives in the California Sierra foothills with her husband. She has two grown daughters who successfully navigated their home school educations from kindergarten through high school, both completing college with honors, primarily due to their abilities to learn the value of self-study rather than as a result of any particular teaching style or curriculum. Jane Williams founded Bluestocking Press in 1988.
